Buildrite Flexor High-Rise Cementitious Waterproofing (Negative-Side) – 5kg / 18kg

FLEXOR is a two-component, flexible cementitious waterproofing membrane formulated with selected white cement blend, well-graded fillers, and synthetic resin. It is designed to provide durable waterproofing protection for walls exposed to moisture and water pressure, especially in difficult-to-waterproof areas.

Coverage

A 5kg container can cover approximately 2.85 square meters for 2 coats.

Instructions for USE

Surface Preparation

• Ensure substrates are clean, sound, and free from dust, loose particles, oil, grease, and laitance.
• Remove contaminants using wire brushing, scabbling, or other suitable methods.
• Damp the surface with water before application, ensuring no standing water remains.

For Pre-Painted or Powdering Surfaces

• Sand or scrape off loose materials.
• Apply TOFIL 806 as primer before applying FLEXOR.

For Leaking Corner Joints

• Grind approximately 10mm on affected corners.
• Apply STOPGAP AS sealant before waterproofing application.

Mixing

• Pour Part A (liquid) into a clean container.
• Gradually add Part B (powder) while mixing with a slow-speed mechanical mixer until smooth and lump-free.
• Allow the mixture to stand for 5 minutes, then re-stir manually before use.

Application

• Apply using a roller or paintbrush.
• Avoid trapping air within the membrane during application.

First Coat

• Apply generously to fill pores and honeycombs.
• Allow to dry for approximately 2 to 3 hours.

Second Coat

• Apply crosswise to achieve even coverage.
• Allow curing for at least 15 to 72 hours before applying the topcoat.
