DAYTONA Polyester Body Filler

All surfaces must be clean, dry, free from dust, dirt, chalk, laitance, efflorescence, rust, grease, oil and other foreign materials. Sand with 80 grit sandpaper to remove loose paint and rust. Ensure that all dust from sanding is removed. Mixing On a clean non-porous mixing surface, spread a 3-inch diameter with a 1/2 inch thick of Daytona™ Polyester Body Filler. Squeeze out a 3-inch strip of cream hard on the prepared body filler. Thoroughly mix the body filler and hardener to uniform color. Applications Spread an initial thin layer of mixed putty over the cleaned and dried surface using firm pressure to ensure maximum adhesion. Apply additional layers as necessary. Dry the applied putty for 20-30 minutes. Sand with 80 grit sandpaper.
