DAVIES® Epopatch™ a two component epoxy putty which covers hairline cracks and seals holes in concrete floors and walls. Once applied, it turns into a hard, tough, permanent seal which will not shrink after hardening.

SURFACE PREPARATION


  • New concrete must be thoroughly cured for 28 days before painting, having a moisture content of less than 15%. 
  • Remove concrete laitance and other impurities. 
  • Thoroughly clean the surface and ensure that it is dry, free from oil, grease, loose materials and other possible contaminants.

PAINTING SYSTEM

A. Concrete Surfaces

  • Powerfloor
    Primer/Sealer: Apply one (1) coat of DAVIES® EPS-050
    Eposeal Putty: As needed, apply DAVIES® EPP-100 Epopatch™ on surface imperfections
    Topcoat: Apply one (1) coat of DAVIES® DV-PF-Powerfloor
     
  • Acreex
    Primer/Sealer: Apply one (1) coat of DAVIES® EPS-050
    Eposeal Putty: As needed, apply DAVIES® EPP-100 Epopatch™ on surface imperfections
    Topcoat: Apply two (2) coat of DAVIES® ACX Acreex™
     
  • Keramifloor
    Primer/Sealer: Apply one (1) coat of DAVIES® EPS-050
    Eposeal Putty: As needed, apply DAVIES® EPP-100 Epopatch™ on surface imperfections
    Topcoat: Apply two (2) coat of DAVIES® DAVIES® Keramifloor™
