DAVIES® Keramifloor™ is a two-pack air drying, chemically cured polyurethane coating developed for the protection of floors subject to high levels of wear and tear, where excellent chemical/physical resistance is required. It is an effective concrete, wood, and metal floor coating because of its outstanding life expectancy and performance, resistance to aggressively corrosive environments, high abrasion resistance and superior adhesion.

Concrete (Non-skid Finish)

  1. Apply 1 coat DAVIES® EPOSEAL™ EPS-050.
  2. Broadcast aggregates on wet DAVIES® EPOSEAL EPS-050 at 1 kilo/m² and dry overnight.
  3. Dust off excess aggregates.
  4. Apply 2 coats of DAVIES® KERAMIFLOOR™.

Mixing Ratio : 3.75 Liters DAVIES® KERAMIFLOOR™ Base 0.25 Liter DAVIES® KERAMIFLOOR™ HARDENER

Pot Life : 2-3 hours @ 280 C

Thinning : Dilute with not more than 10% DAVIES® KERAMIFLOOR™ REDUCER KF-72

Drying Time:

  • Dry to touch : 8 hours
  • Light Traffiv : 24 hours
  • Full Traffic : 7 days

Clean-up : DAVIES® KERAMIFLOOR™ REDUCER KF-72

Pack Sizes : 4 Liters set

Shelf Life : 1 year when stored in dry and cool conditions

 

MIXING DIRECTION

  1. Premix DAVIES® KERAMIFLOOR™ Base to a uniform consistency.
  2. Add the entire contents of DAVIES® KERAMIFLOOR™ Hardener to DAVIES® KERAMIFLOOR™ BASE and MIX SLOWLY but THOROUGHLY for 5 MINUTES. It is better to transfer the contents to a bigger container for easy mixing.
  3. Apply immediately with a roller or brush.
  4. All mixed paint must be used within the POT LIFE time limit.
