Mondo Flex-It 2-Component Cementitious Waterproofing System

MONDO Flex-it is a two-component cementitious waterproofing system designed to offer a perfect balance of performance features and mechanical properties. MONDO Flex-it imparts excellent substrate adhesion, high flexibility and elongation capable to bridge fine cracks in interior and exterior applications.

SURFACE PREPARATION

• Surface should be clean and dry, free from oil, grease, dust, dirt, loose materials, and other contaminants.
• Surface must be flat with no peaks, hollows, and cracks.
• Surface must be cured 5-7 days before application of MONDO Flex-it

PRODUCT PREPARATION

MIXING

• With constant low-speed mixing, slowly pour 2.5-liter Part A into the 4.00-kilo Part B in the pail.
• Mix thoroughly resulting in a homogenous mixture with no lumps present.
• It is best to mix only a sufficient amount that can be applied within 2 - 3 hours. Warm exterior conditions will shorter pot life

APPLICATION

• Wet masonry surfaces thoroughly with water.
• Apply MMONDO Flex-it cement mixture using brush or roller. For best result let applied MONDO Plexi-Tite cure for 3 days before applying desired painting system.

STORAGE AND HANDLING

• Keep container closed when not in use.
• Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated space.
• Do not transfer contents to other containers for storage.
• In case of spillage absorb with inert materials such as sand.
