MONDO SEAL Hybrid Sealant MS-800 is a flexible paintable elastomeric expansion joint sealant for construction. It is suitable for sealing a variety of different substrates like concrete, wood, aluminum composite and glass.

SURFACE PREPARATION

New Concrete

• New Concrete and cement plastered surfaces must be thorughly cured for 14-28 days before painting.

• Remove concrete laitance and other impurities.

• Thoroughly clean the surface and ensure that it is dry, free from oil, grease, loose materials and other possible contaminants.

Previously Painted Concrete:

• Thoroughly clean the surface and ensure that it is dry, free from oil grease, loose materials and other possible contaminants.

• If the surface is powdery and chalky, scrub and clean with water before applying one coat of DAVIES® Liquid Tile® Penetrating Sealer.

• For mildew and molds, treat with 1 part liquid bleach and 3 parts water solution. Allow the surface to dry before painting.

APPLICATION
Preparation: Ensure that all surfaces are clean, dry, and free of loose materials and contaminants.
How to use:
1. Load MONDO SEAL Hybrid Sealant MS-800 sausage into sausage gun, then cut the metal clip off.
2. Attach the nozzle, then cut the tip off.
3. Push the MONDO SEAL Hybrid Sealant MS-800 out of the cartridge until it is at the tip of the nozzle.

4. With a steady hand, apply MONDO SEAL Hybrid Sealant MS-800 preferably at a 45-degree angle and pull evenly along the joint.
5. Remove any excess MONDO SEAL Hybrid SealantMS-800 by a wooden spatula at a 45-degree angle position. Dry for 24 hours.
